Johnny Depp: Amber Heard Donated $7M Divorce Settlement To ACLU

A New York judge ruled that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) must produce documents showing that ex-wife Amber Heard made a $7 million donation to the Civil Rights Group from her divorce settlement with Johnny Depp to Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Depp’s lawyers claimed Heard lied when she donated the money from her $7 million divorce settlement to the charity after the actor lost his defamation suit against a British newspaper in November 2015 following the premiere of the film.
