Terms
I tend to seek full payment upfront due to the fragile and precarious nature of releasing and showing unique ideas prior to being paid. If you are happy to pay the full amount, please let me know.
A percentage will be deducted from the invoice if full payment is made upfront.
If full payment is not appropriate, then a minimum of 50%-75% is usually required. This is routine and has unfortunately been born through necessity.
The final balance is due towards the completion of the project when the product or service work has been approved. Only when the final payment has been received will any requested digital files be released.
Only on this final payment will full rights to the product or service be transferred.
Payment Required to Secure Project
I can only secure this project into my schedule on receipt of the deposit. If there is any kind of delay at this point, other projects may take priority. This is not to pressure you in any way, it’s just so you know where you stand in terms of scheduling.
Once a deposit is received, I will forward a receipt or invoice of the payment then be in touch with getting further information in preparation for the start of the project.
- WE CHARGE FOR THE AMOUNT OF $40 TO $80 DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTING FEES CHARGES FROM PER MINUTE TO 1HOURS WHO APPROACH OR COMMUNICATES WITH US SUCH AS A PERSON OR COMPANY OR CLIENT, WE CHARGED FROM ANY PAYMENT IS MADE WITH US
- CANCELLATION CHARGES: Cancellations made in the event date within 72 hours to the event will incur a $5 dollars cancellations fee will be deducted from the form advance payment or upfront payment made by the person or company or client those who paid or approach or communicate with us.

- WE DON’T GIVE ANY LOGIN CREDENTIALS SUCH AS DATABASE CREDENTIALS, SERVER CREDENTIALS, WEB HOSTING CREDENTIALS, ADMIN CREDENTIALS TO ANYONE SUCH AS A PERSON OR COMPANY, OR CLIENT OR THIRD PARTY THOSE WHO PAID OR APPROACH OR COMMUNICATE WITH US OR SUBSCRIPTION CLIENT
- Copyright notice or design notice. A notice that states “Design by Bigil Toks or Powered by Bigil Toks” will be displayed on the bottom of each page of your website or any services and products made with us. Additional charges or fees of $10 dollars may apply to remove the notice
